"4th Quarter Reflection"

The 4th quarter of the school year has been a meaningful and memorable journey for me. During this time, I experienced many lessons, activities, and challenges that helped me grow both academically and personally. It was not always easy, but through hard work and determination, I was able to overcome difficulties and continue learning.

Throughout this quarter, I learned the importance of time management, responsibility, and cooperation with my classmates. Our different projects, discussions, and school activities helped me develop my skills and deepen my understanding of the lessons. I also realized that learning is not only about getting good grades, but also about gaining knowledge and experiences that will help me in the future.

This quarter also reminded me to appreciate the support of my teachers, friends, and family. Their encouragement helped me stay motivated and continue doing my best in my studies. Because of them, I was able to face the challenges of the school year with confidence and determination.

I realized many things, such as: Losing friend or someone in your life is totally okay. I believed that there will always be a person that will come into your life, there will always be a time that that God will give you the things you deserve and will give you a healthy friendship that will always treasure you as a person. I realized that having a healthier friendship and people around you will really give you the comfort that you always wanted to have, this school year really tested my emotions i don't know how to control my emotions, until one day a friend came into my life she said that "its okay to feel down" "its okay to cry, just let it all out, i know you can do it" who also give me the comfort i need. I believed that we always have that friends that will always treasure you no matter what happens. Losing a friend or people in your life doesn't mean your life stop too, you just need to go with the flow.

This 4th quarter i met new friends, have a healthy environment, gained more knowledge.

In conclusion, the 4th quarter taught me many valuable lessons that I will carry with me in the future. It helped me become more responsible, hardworking, and focused on my goals. As the school year comes to an end, I am thankful for the experiences and lessons that shaped me into a better student and person.

"Caring beyond borders"

My dream is to become a nurse who works abroad and travels the world. I want to serve patients with compassion and dedication while continuously improving my skills in the medical field. Nursing is not just a job; it is a calling that requires patience, knowledge, and a genuine heart for helping others. Inspired by global opportunities shared by organizations like World Health Organization, I realized that nurses play a very important role in healthcare systems around the world. Working abroad will allow me to grow professionally while experiencing different cultures and environments.

‎One of my biggest goals is to become financially stable. I want to earn my own money, support myself, and provide a comfortable life for my family. While working overseas, I dream of building a beautiful and secure house for them—a home that symbolizes my hard work and sacrifices. According to International Council of Nurses, nurses contribute greatly not only to health systems but also to the development of communities. This motivates me to persevere in my studies and prepare myself for the responsibilities of being a nurse.
‎Aside from helping my family, I also want to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I dream of being able to buy my needs and even my wants in life without worrying about finances. Traveling to different countries, discovering new places, and gaining independence are part of the future I imagine for myself. I believe that with discipline, faith, and determination, I can achieve these goals step by step.
‎In conclusion, my dream is clear: to become a successful nurse abroad, achieve financial stability, build a home for my family, and live a life where I am proud of what I have accomplished. My future depends on the hard work I put in today, and I am willing to face every challenge to turn this dream into reality.

"Love in Full Bloom"

Valentine’s Day, celebrated every February 14, is widely recognized as a day of love and appreciation. Many people around the world exchange letters, flowers, and gifts to express their affection. The celebration is commonly associated with Saint Valentine, whose story is believed to have inspired the tradition of honoring love and commitment.

In modern times, Valentine’s Day is not only about romantic relationships. It has also become a day to celebrate love for family, friends, and even oneself. Schools and communities often organize simple activities such as card-making, gift-giving, or small gatherings to spread kindness and gratitude. Social media also plays a big role in sharing heartfelt messages and memories during this special day.
“Always on Valentine’s Day” reminds us that love should not be limited to just one date on the calendar. Showing appreciation, respect, and care for others should be practiced every day. Whether through small acts of kindness or meaningful conversations, love becomes more genuine when it is consistently expressed beyond February 14.

“Vigan’s St. Paul Fiesta: A Celebration of Tradition and Joy”

Thematic output - "Let's travel and Blog"                                                                                 Quarter 3

The Bigueños honor the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul by blending heartfelt religious devotion with colorful cultural festivities.

Aside from religious activities, the fiesta includes colorful cultural events and tourism programs. The streets are crowded with locals and visitors watching parades, street performances, and the famous Longganisa Festival. Families and communities gather, making the city lively and joyful while showcasing Vigan’s traditions and unity.

One of the most exciting moments I experienced was the Longganisa Festival. The streets were alive with people eager to join the celebration as Vigan proudly presented its famous delicacy. The energy of the crowd, the festive atmosphere, and the smiles everywhere reflected the Bigüeños’ strong love for their traditions.

January 22, 2026 when I watch the longganisa festival, I really enjoyed watching the Longganisa festival especially that I’m with my friends that I value the most. I watched all the performers from each category who joined the longganisa festival along with the performer who joined from our school (ilocos sur national high school) which is they’re one of the reason why I watched longganisa festival.

The performers gave us goosebumps, the youth performers typically perform with high energy and precise synchronization. They execute wide, exaggerated steps and dynamic formations that draw the audience’s attention. Their choreography blends traditional movements with modern styles, creating a performance that is both exciting and visually striking. Vibrant costumes and props, such as fans or banners, add flair and highlight their creativity.

Street dancing is done to celebrate culture, traditions, and community. At festivals like the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul in Vigan, it brings people together, entertains the audience, and shows the dancers’ creativity and skills. By mixing traditional steps with modern moves, it makes the celebration lively, colorful, and memorable.

Overall, the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul shows the true beauty of Vigan—its strong faith, preserved culture, and warm people. Witnessing this celebration made me happy and grateful to experience how the Bigueños keep their heritage alive. It is not just a festival, but a celebration of identity, unity, and tradition.
